What information we collect

If you apply for a role at ScubaTx you will be asked to send your CV and a covering letter and may include additional information about yourself (such as your date of birth and gender). Any third parties handling personally identifiable information, such as HubSpot, will act as data processor, on behalf of ScubaTx. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal information for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. We share your personal information within the ScubaTx group and do not transfer your personal information outside the EEA for any other reason, but in the event that we do, we will ensure at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
